1. Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to all transactions between Premier PubCo (“the Company”) and the customer (“the Buyer”). By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the terms set out below.

2. Age Restrictions

In compliance with UK law, the Buyer must be at least 18 years old to purchase alcohol from the Company. It is illegal to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18. The Company reserves the right to request proof of age from the Buyer and can refuse to supply if satisfactory proof is not provided.

3. Orders

Orders can be placed in person or through our online platform. The Company reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due upon receipt of goods unless a credit account has been established. The Company reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts.

5. Ownership of Goods

Ownership of the goods will only pass to the Buyer when full payment has been received by the Company. Until full payment is received, the Company retains ownership of all goods.

6. Delivery

The Company will make every effort to deliver goods on the agreed date, but does not accept liability for any failure to deliver on the appointed date.

7. Returns and Refunds

Goods may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided they are returned unopened and in their original condition.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
